Bridging the Gap between Whiskey and Gin
Boot Hill Distillery Barrel Aged Gin started out as the third in a series of experiments. Well-received by both whiskey and gin drinkers alike, this product bridges the gap between the two spirit worlds.
We filled used Red Eye Whiskey barrels with our award-winning New Western style gin where it rested for eight months. We kept our gin recipe simple with just eight botanicals: juniper, coriander, bitter orange peel, angelica root, orris root, licorice root, chamomile flower, and a hint of sarsaparilla to tie in our Western roots.
